I was one of 3 guitar players/keyboard players/singers. Russ Psooy and Wayne Lavalee also fronted the band with me. The rhythm section consisted of Steve Arndt on drums and Sandy Chochinov on PBass. Russ, Wayne, Sandy and I wrote all the songs and we recorded 2 albums. The first, "Rustle The Fish" was a cassette only release that I think we released in 1992, recorded at Mid Ocean Studios as well as Greg Leskew's Studio in St Norbert. The second album was recorded at God of Thunder Studios (managed by myself and owned by Brad Roberts of Crash Test Dummies) by myself and although it never got released we did actually finish mixing the album 4 or 5 years later before I closed down my studio Ambiance Professional on Erin St. The song on this 92Citi compilation was Russ Psooy's song "The Way She Used To Be" which was originally recorded by his earlier band "The Johns"Chris Bretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11088845488661975315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35424944.post-27106312713452341482013-04-24T19:24:46.042-05:002013-04-24T19:24:46.042-05:00Also, the drummer's name came to me later in t...Also, the drummer's name came to me later in the day. I know vastly more about Rustle the Fish now than I did before I started, which is how I know that a post and its comments section have been a success.
